First Guest of 2009 Stoker Weekend Announced

Lisa Morton and I are thrilled to announce that our first guest for the 2009 Stoker Weekend is the great author, John Farris.

Farris is the author of THE FURY and about 40 other books, many of them classics. He's also an accomplished screenwriter and is a prior winner of the HWA's Lifetime Achievement Award.

We'd also like to announce that Jeff Strand has agreed to repeat as Master of Ceremonies for the actual Stoker Banquet. Jeff did a wonderful job this past year and set a very high standard for him to meet again this year.

As time goes on, we'll be announcing our other guests. It's still too early for you to register for the weekend, but remember, it's June 12-14 in Burbank ...!
